At the heart of this whimsical world stands a distinguished pelican named Seymore D'Fair, known for his smart attire and quick wit. Once upon a time, in the year 1984, Seymore had the honor of being the official mascot of the Louisiana World Exposition, where he entertained and delighted millions of visitors from all corners of the globe.

After the grand Fair came to a close, Seymore embarked on a series of thrilling adventures that took him to distant lands and exotic destinations. But destiny had a plan for him, calling him back home for a mission of utmost importance. With the wisdom and grace of a Special Agent, Seymore assembled a loyal krewe of Critter friends and received a special request—to educate and inspire children about the significance of leading healthy lifestyles and embracing a drug-free existence.

Excited and determined, Seymore and his Critter companions pondered over how to accomplish this crucial task. Then, a brilliant idea struck Seymore's mind—the Who Dat Nation! Known far and wide for their unwavering support of the New Orleans Saints, it was well-known that the Who Dat Nation boasted a multitude of enthusiastic young fans, affectionately known as the "Li'l Who Dats."

With a burst of energy, the Li'l Who Dat Nation was born, bringing together the exuberance and spirit of these young Saints enthusiasts. Led by Seymore and supported by the endearing Critters, the Li'l Who Dats embarked on a mission to promote healthy choices, resilience, and the joy of living a drug-free life.
