You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites. Your use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use from outside the U.S. is permitted, but access and use remain governed by U.S. and Louisiana law.

Some features may require creating a user account. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
9. Indemnification

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana for any dispute arising under these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SDF regarding use of the Sites.
No Waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
